Every NBS application signs in through Orbit: one account, hashed credentials, roles per person and per organisation, and a shared session across the suite. Data is hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres over encrypted connections, backed up, and covered by the POPIA operator addendum in our subscription agreement. Specific to Flux:
Flux is hosted by NBS and delivered as a subscription. Updates, backups, monitoring and support are part of the service, and it works from any modern browser or the NBS app where one is provided.
