Orion is where work gets done. Every ticket sits against a customer, a site and an asset, is assigned to one or more technicians, and carries its labour, notes, photos and SLA clock. Recurring maintenance schedules itself, incoming customer email is filed against the right client automatically, and managers see workload, calendar and performance across the whole team.

Every request, email or WhatsApp becomes a ticket with an owner and an SLA.
Service history follows the asset, so recurring faults and maintenance due dates are visible.
Customers, sites and assets come from Ledger, and completed work is ready to bill.
Managers see who is loaded, who is free and what is overdue, without a status meeting.
Every NBS application signs in through Orbit: one account, hashed credentials, roles per person and per organisation, and a shared session across the suite. Data is hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres over encrypted connections, backed up, and covered by the POPIA operator addendum in our subscription agreement. Specific to Orion:
Orion is hosted by NBS and delivered as a subscription. Updates, backups, monitoring and support are part of the service, and it works from any modern browser or the NBS app where one is provided.
Orion is sold as a hosted subscription, priced per technician or dispatcher per month. Every plan includes hosting, backups, updates and support. Hardware is added on rental with replacement cover, and once-off items cover setup and training. We quote per client after a short scoping call, and adding another NBS application later only needs an updated schedule, not a new agreement.
