Ledger is the commercial backbone of the suite. Quotes become invoices, invoices post to a proper double-entry general ledger, stock is costed on weighted average, and statements, credit notes and VAT come out ready for your accountant. Because Orion and Fuse read the same database, a customer, site or asset is captured once and used everywhere.

Customers, sites, assets and pricing are shared live with Orion and Fuse instead of being re-typed.
A sound double-entry engine with VAT and audit trail, verified in a full GL audit.
Every quote, invoice and statement is a branded PDF the customer can verify by scanning.
Weighted-average costing and typed items stop phantom stock values creeping into the books.
Every NBS application signs in through Orbit: one account, hashed credentials, roles per person and per organisation, and a shared session across the suite. Data is hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres over encrypted connections, backed up, and covered by the POPIA operator addendum in our subscription agreement. Specific to Ledger:
Ledger is hosted by NBS and delivered as a subscription. Updates, backups, monitoring and support are part of the service, and it works from any modern browser or the NBS app where one is provided.
Ledger is sold as a hosted subscription, priced per named user per month, with warehouse and accountant seats priced separately. Every plan includes hosting, backups, updates and support. Hardware is added on rental with replacement cover, and once-off items cover setup and training. We quote per client after a short scoping call, and adding another NBS application later only needs an updated schedule, not a new agreement.
