Fuse is what your customers see. Each client signs in to a read-only view of their own estate: devices, licences, lifecycle status and open tickets across their sites. Support conversations that happen in WhatsApp groups are captured into tickets automatically, a daily estate-health email flags devices that are low on storage or have stopped checking in, and technician work orders are issued from the same platform.

Clients see their own devices, sites and tickets instead of phoning to ask.
Support that happens in WhatsApp is logged, owned and closed properly.
The estate-health email surfaces failing devices the day they start failing.
A new client is a subdomain and a configuration, not another installation.
Every NBS application signs in through Orbit: one account, hashed credentials, roles per person and per organisation, and a shared session across the suite. Data is hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres over encrypted connections, backed up, and covered by the POPIA operator addendum in our subscription agreement. Specific to Fuse:
Fuse is hosted by NBS and delivered as a subscription. Updates, backups, monitoring and support are part of the service, and it works from any modern browser or the NBS app where one is provided.
Fuse is sold as a hosted subscription, priced per client portal per month, scaled by the number of sites and managed devices. Every plan includes hosting, backups, updates and support. Hardware is added on rental with replacement cover, and once-off items cover setup and training. We quote per client after a short scoping call, and adding another NBS application later only needs an updated schedule, not a new agreement.
