TAG Auto is the dealership and vehicle-yard edition of TAG. Every unit gets a UHF tag bound to its VIN and stock number on intake, so a branch can walk its whole floor in one pass with a handheld instead of a morning with a clipboard. The dashboard shows the floor as a live map of zones, ages every unit by days on floor, and raises an exception the moment a vehicle is missing, in the wrong place or standing too long.

Stocktakes that used to take a morning with two people take one walk with one handheld.
The map and the handheld's find mode point at the car instead of sending someone walking.
Days on floor sits on every unit, so slow stock gets a decision instead of a dust layer.
Every movement carries a person, a zone and a time.
Every NBS application signs in through Orbit: one account, hashed credentials, roles per person and per organisation, and a shared session across the suite. Data is hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres over encrypted connections, backed up, and covered by the POPIA operator addendum in our subscription agreement. Specific to TAG Auto:
TAG Auto is hosted by NBS and delivered as a subscription. Updates, backups, monitoring and support are part of the service, and it works from any modern browser or the NBS app where one is provided.
TAG Auto is sold as a hosted subscription, priced once-off implementation plus a monthly subscription per branch, per handheld and per fixed read point. Every plan includes hosting, backups, updates and support. Hardware is added on rental with replacement cover, and once-off items cover setup and training. We quote per client after a short scoping call, and adding another NBS application later only needs an updated schedule, not a new agreement.
