Core replaces the stack of tools an events team normally juggles. Build a branded registration page in blocks, invite and remind your contact lists, check guests in at the door from a scanner or a phone, print badges, run the agenda and floor plan inside an attendee app, and read the results in one dashboard. It is built for agencies and corporates running dozens of events a month, and every event decides which modules are switched on.

Registration, comms, check-in, app and reporting stop living in four different tools and three spreadsheets.
Scanner-driven check-in and walk-in registration clear queues, and the organiser sees arrivals live.
Landing page, emails, badges and the app all follow the event's own brand, not ours.
Designed and load-tested for teams running around fifty events a month, with public pages slimmed for concurrent traffic.
Terms are accepted on the registration form itself, so every attendee record carries its consent.
Every NBS application signs in through Orbit: one account, hashed credentials, roles per person and per organisation, and a shared session across the suite. Data is hosted in ISO 27001-certified data centres over encrypted connections, backed up, and covered by the POPIA operator addendum in our subscription agreement. Specific to Core:
Core is hosted by NBS and delivered as a subscription. Updates, backups, monitoring and support are part of the service, and it works from any modern browser or the NBS app where one is provided.
Core is sold as a hosted subscription, priced per event, with an annual plan for teams that run events every month. Every plan includes hosting, backups, updates and support. Hardware is added on rental with replacement cover, and once-off items cover setup and training. We quote per client after a short scoping call, and adding another NBS application later only needs an updated schedule, not a new agreement.
