The PL300 prints each label as the product arrives and applies it by vacuum pad — barcodes, GS1 data, weights, batch numbers and best-before dates straight from your ERP or scale, with no pre-printed stock. An industrial thermal / thermal-transfer print engine, PLC touchscreen, tri-colour stack light and product sensors sit on a stainless-steel frame over a conveyor, and the whole unit slots into an existing packing line. Labelling accuracy is ±1 mm at speeds from 20 to 300 products a minute.
