Monza X chips are designed to be soldered inside electronic devices. They link to the device's processor over a standard I²C bus, so either the processor or a RAIN RFID reader can read and write the chip's memory — even when the device is powered off or still in its box. That enables configuration and activation on the production line or at the point of sale, cold-chain data logging, fleet management and service history without opening the product.
