Rugged Palm-Sized Design

The TDM Series is built for tough environments. It has been drop-tested to 1.8 m without a protective case and up to 2.5 m with a protective case. It also meets MIL-STD-810G military drop-test standards. With the optional protective case, it is rated IP54 for dust and water resistance.

Flexible Media Support

The TDM-30 features an adjustable media hanger with a label fixing tab, supporting media widths from 20 mm to 70 mm.

It can print a variety of media types, including receipts, selected labels, and linerless media. A media spacer can be easily installed for specific width requirements.

The printer includes a standard black mark sensor, and the TDM-30 also supports an optional gap sensor for expanded media compatibility.

Self-Diagnostic TPH Care System

TSC’s TPH Care Mechanism provides advanced automatic printhead monitoring. It detects faulty dots in real time during printing, helping maintain consistent print quality.

This reduces print errors, improves reliability, and minimises media waste for better cost efficiency.

Smart Battery Management

The TSC Battery Management System (BMS) allows users to easily monitor battery status, including:
